We want to be upfront about how your Lumé order gets to you.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Shipping time: Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
• Delays: Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high demand, customs, or carrier delays outside our control. We appreciate your patience.
• Lost packages: If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.
